Awww exciting!

I use a airstone on some airline to syphon on water changes that way u suckin up no lil ones, i only did small canges over the 1st few weeks and kept testing the water on a regular basis,
around 10% seemed to keep the levels pretty much on zero with carefull feeding but they will spike as the fry take on more food as things progress.
Remember one thing even crystal clear water can be deadly as can a messy bottom sometimes be ok! TESTS are the key.

First spawn is all learning and experience, get a big spawn is a bonus, get atleast one to adult you know you'll get it sussed and have a very spoilt lil one!!

there's only so much you can learn from others especially when it's all online compared to watching, you have to figure what works for you and your setup, feeding regime, water conditions, time to dedicate etc. nevermind that all breeders will do things slightly diff once you go past the basic text book instructions.

Aww the babies are so cute, for a first spawn a smaller number is much easier and i'm sure there's loads hiding!! My ct girls always used to be full of eggs like that, just be careful she doesn't get egg bound, i lost one through that
