I blame the toothache! Empty I blame the toothache!

    Post by damo2904 Sat Mar 31, 2012 2:15 am

I've been off sick for a few days with a nasty tooth/gum infection. Today, fed up of looking at the same 4 walls for the 4th day, I decided to go out, & rang my local MH Aquatics as I thought looking at fish may cheer me up....lol as it does.

Me : 'Hello, have you any male/female Siamese Fighting fish in stock?'
Guy : 'Yes, your in luck, we just taken a delivery of 100 fighters two days ago.'
Me : *Spits my orange juice across the room* 'Really!!!!?.....Any "fancy" ones?'
Guy : Yeh majority of them, come down & have a look...'

Off i went, & was there for hours, god i must have looked at every one about 4 times, most were quite good, alot of HM/HMPK's with red/purple/blue, couple marbles & dragons, CT's (was lovely not to see a VT or bog standard PK in sight!).

I was well behaved and bought 3. I probably could've bought 5/6, but I think the 3 I bought were the best of the bunch.

Still yet to get pictures which I'll put up in abit once settled, I bought a lovely Pink Salamander HMPK, A Red/White Dragon (Bi-Colour) HM & a Red/White BF HM.

    Pictures up shortly..... bounce

well I dont blame you. If you are poorly with toothache and probably on antiboticts (as my kids used to say) you were a little delirious. Surprised you didnt buy them all.... my boys are bubbling away at the moment, dont know why cos they are no where near the girls....pictures soon please toothache permitting!

Got to be honest, MH Aquatics are amazing!!

Im lucky to have 3 on my doorstep and theyve always got some great betta's. Ones currently got some male and female black orchids, it really is hard to say no. My shops know me pretty well and will try and source anything colour or finage that i want.

    Very Happy

wow...they are beautiful. My MH (got 2) are very expensive though! At one of the shops I know a girl who works there (of an old fishy forum) and she gives me discount. Lovely fishes x
