Hi,

I just bought a new tank, getting back into fish keeping after a 5 year enforced break. I'd forgotten how much I love having fish and have wasted many more hours than I have watching them.

I'd really love a betta, I suspect I'm going to have to get another tank (oh no! ) for one to go in, although I'm going to keep researching and asking before I make a final decision.

I got my first betta last week! A crown tail, which is odd because I went for a veil tail, I (thought) I preferred them. He's beautiful, blue and red and shimmery and this week we went out for dwarf gouramis (I have 2 tanks) and came back without them but with a veil tail. So, we are now a 2 betta household.
