Hi there thanks for the welcome i dont currently have any betta doing a lot of reading and learning so if i ask any silly questions go easy on me lol im from preston, lancs.
1st question .i see some people using plastic tubs as breeding tanks what sort of tub are you talking about , just any genaral plastic tub?
2nd question. I have a juwel rio 125 comunity tank would this be suitable to keep my females in cheers steve

I used a 2ft tank for my spawning, but I'm sure kel will let you know how she does it with her plastic tubs. I think she gets them from wilko

I will often use the normal storage tubs you get out of wilkos, poundland etc.
60-80ltrs work well for size
they do the job fine but aren't so good for viewing the fish through and it is easier in a proper tank but they're cheap and stackable when not being used
