Hello everyone

After wanting a betta for many years I have finally made the plunge and got me a gorgeous blue male. Had him for a couple of weeks now, and everything is good - Even got a big bubble nest going as well lol

Got my mom into it, and now she is after one, but she wants one of the less common varities!

Just took a look around, and at the care sheet, and it appears I have a veiltail, which I guess is standard for pet shop bought fish? I have been looking at the different varieties though and I LOVE the half moon, especially the multi coloured one's. I can see this being very addictive LOL

Thanks for the welcomes! I did try to take some pictures the weekend by they wern't very good. This was about the best one I got of him flaring in the mirror but you cant see his colours at all - He is a lovely deep blue.
