Hi sorry havent been online...

No didnt have any luck. :-( but got another 2 pairs set in there spawning tanks today. With the other two i have now seperated them and both in re conditioning. It will have to be a little while longer for that male to spawn again because once again she tore him up a bit...luckily not as bad as what she did to the last male she was with.

The two pairs that with been matched are siblings to each other. Hopefully these will spawn. Just not havingmuch luck with my june spawns, I normally try and get 2 spawns each month. So far this month.....none..... but i wont stop trying hopefully getting a couple more males this weekend. If i do i'll post their pictures on here.

Sorry i havent been online for ages my laptop went down,,, but thats all sorted now :-)

The 2 sibling pairs i mentioned last they successfully spawned and have free swimming fry. They are now both 10 days old, and have little white bellies.

Also got a new male, copper dt. And he has spawn yesterday with a royal blue hm. Hes still in there at the moment tending to the nest. Although starting to get worried as hes not re building the nest.

Its so nice having it back...i felt so lost without it :-)

Theres about 20 in the tricoloured spawn, about 10 in Cas2 spawn(profile betta) and the copper DThm spawn hatched last night and there are too many to count. But hes acting like a good dad and collecting the ones who fall and placing them back in the nest. And thankfully he has re built the nest...i must of just been looking when he was having a tea break.

These spawns are all their first spawns, so in a way in not counting on the numbers being great. The royal blue hm who spawn with the copper she is the only betta out of all of them who has previously spawned.

I'll try and take some photos tomo of the fry and up load them on here, they might not be clear cos my camera isnt great on focusing in on new borns, but i'll give it ago. It wont be till tomo evening though, as got problems with the car so having to try and get that sorted...great fun :-/

Thank you. I'll try and keep photo updates for you all to see. Just im still having trouble with my laptop. For some reason i cant go onto certain sites like YouTube. Ive got a friend whos currently trying to sort it for me. So if i disappear again you know why.

Today im going to sort out whos for sale from my previous spawn, as they are gettting close to sale age.

How old are the babies from the DThm spawn? =)

they hatched on the 15th May, so about 1.5months old. They are a very weak and slow growing spawn. Only 7 survived. But i still have faith in them that they will still turn into little gems :-)
