| anyone watch this? (it's on bbc iplayer still if anyone didn't see it)
I found it horrendous!
I've worked in disabled/mentally infirm places from children to adults to elderly mentally infirm units including day centres and residentials and I can't get my head around how that place's employees got away with it and that it even happened in the first place! Nevermind in the UK!
I'm gobsmacked, horrified and in tears at what some of those residents went through, this shouldn't happen in this day and age! When I worked in residentials, both private and NHS I never seen anything like it! |

| I worked in the care setting for six yrs. I had a good reputation like so many other of my collegues, you have to have a good caring attitude and treat people how up wud like to be treated, they deserve upmost respect they are there because they need help and understanding, I did things that were beyond the call of duty like tak ing people out on trips because there own family never bothered with them, sometimes I wud just sit and keep them company because sometimes all they wanted was a friend a true friend, those people betrayed that trust they shud be named and shamed |
