My new spawn! Christmas Hatch!

My new spawn from my newly found HMPK Male and newly brought HM platinum Female.
They layed eggs on the 22nd and this morning i saw the first few hatching and swimming around.
The males doing great and the nest has now covered 90% of the tank!
They are only in a 10L tank ATM as one of the breeding tanks heaters have blown but the nest is still spectacular never the less.

I may change the name of the female to somthing more festive due to the christmas hatch

I've got newly hatched babies too!!

Fingers crossed dad won't eat them this time.. it's his second attempt but only young at 4.5 months.

My male has done so so so well i left him in four days and he didnt bother any of them!

The Second Mom

Your first mummy betta is gorgeous she'd pair up well with my Blizzard (he looks just like her but bigger!) Good luck i cant wait to see the fry when they get bigger

I have 3 just like her. Sadly jus after Spawing she got fin rot but shes looking great now and healing well!

Hes loving it lol i will after this i was just interested if he was ready again or missing his fry..
But he will be well fed and left alone for a while lol

Hows the spawns going andi

Its goin very well i havnt spawned in quite a while and we started back up at christmas since then the PK Males spawned 3 times and is ready to go again he a real trooper as soon as hes on his own he has a good rest for about a day lol an up goes a new nest.
and my dragon SD has spawned twice and he has just been taken out of his breeding tank this morning with well over 300 fry swimming around he wa spawned with my MG HM female.

lol looks that way. lets hope they make it to adult hood i have had very few as adults which is why i stopped breeding for a while.
