| Well its the last time i ever take my nan shopping, she popped into wilkos for 2mins and we got a parking fine. I was parked on double yellows with her badge, he said he monitered the car for 5mins, load of bull i was only 2mins at the most. He said i was parked on a loading bay, however i could not see any signs to state this?
Anyway he never even fixed the ticket to my windscreen, he handed it to my nan she could of been anyone. _________________ Please vote for us click my sig!!!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]BETTA BRED TEAM MEMBER, HERE TO HELP |

| for some reason i didnt think youd passed lol sorry!
i would debate it - even if it is a loading bay if it isnt stated very clearly prove it.
it is up to you whether you decide to pay it or not and hope for a refund - depends on how much hassle you can take.
i have heard of people refusing to pay and waiting to be taken to court to argue their side - make the otherside pay the fees then |

| This is a toughie..... the risk you take when arguing your case is if you fail the fine will have doubled or trebled which you would still have to pay, i've had a couple in my time and have learnt to just pay them, down here they offer a reduced fine if it's paid within 7 or 14 days.
I am sorry you got a ticket, just to make you feel a little better i have to go to court on Wednesday for a speeding ticket which i ignored as it wasn't me driving and i didn't know exactly who was at the time (it could have been one of three people). I am now facing at best 6 points and at worst losing my license either way i'll get a fine...... |

| ouch
can it not be proved? if it was a forward facing camera it can be proved. But I would NEVER ignore a notice - my licence means too much to me! |
